When you say that you do not see a shortcut for the Lenovo Toolbox under "All programs" I assume you mean in "All programs" in the Windows startmenu?
You do not have a Thinkvantage folder under "all programs"? If Yes and you want this shortcut somewhere else you can copy the shortcut where you want by using the standard Windows features.
